Exam Rules
- 1 mark per right answer; 0.25 deducted per wrong answer.
- Qualifying marks: UR 50%; OBC (NCL)/EWS 45%; SC/ST/PwBD/ESM 40% (officer posts: UR 50%, PwBD 40%).
- CBT centres: New Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Kolkata.
- Skill test and interview only at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) / Chandigarh; outstation candidates get sleeper-class train fare for these stages, not for the CBT.
- Technical Assistant CBT is in the morning session and Technician 'B' in the afternoon session.
- Tie-break: Part B marks, then Part A marks, then older candidate, then alphabetical order.
