| Junior Research Fellow (JRF) | First Class B.E. / B.Tech with valid GATE score OR M.E. / M.Tech in CS/IT, Electronics, Mechanical or relevant engineering branch. |
| Research Associate (RA) | Ph.D. / Doctorate degree in Engineering or relevant Science stream, or minimum 3 years research/teaching experience post M.Tech with published papers. |
| Age Limit (as on 16-11-2026) | Maximum 28 years for JRF and 35 years for RA. Upper age relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. |
Selection Process

- Personal Interview conducted via offline or video conference mode.
